Are we... as a nation?

When are we going to give importance to the motherland compared to our individual motives?

I know after reading this, many orthodox readers might call me a 22 years old boy whose possessed by a 55 years old man, but that's true and no one can deny it as a nation, we're never united under one umbrella like the way those nations whose progressing graphs are always on the high, because, what I think are the reasons behind it:

1.	They rate their country first and than their own incentives and materialistic advantages	1.	Here, the story is totally different, we don't give a damn to our country and whenever and whatever the chance we get, we always try to fill our own pockets first, the motherland would/should goto hell,he/she don't cares.
2.	Even while doing duty for their country, if by chance they try find out something deep secret, which could harm the country's impression (not the ruling party's moto), they'll act and act violently, that's why their governments are always afraid of their common people as the people over there have the real power.	2.	If we shift our attention to this side of the line, things are completely vice versa. If by chance any one would find out about something which could harm country but it could be encashed, the person over here will go for it, everyone says the common men are just the impression of the people who're ruling them, I say the ruling class is the mirror image of the common people and they hail from them, so first we should clean the black sheep among us and than expect good results in return.
3.	Their media also safeguards country's interest (once again I am again for god's sake again mentioning that there's a lot of difference between country's interest and ruling party's interest) and will prohibit anything which could harm it.	3.	On the other hand, here our media likes to gather sympathies from outside specially from Uncle Sam, by showing each and everything, exposing laziness of the party ruling the government is another thing, but to expose such things as public service, but literally they are playing with the nation's pride by showing such things which could create panic and sometimes result in exposing the master-plans of the security agencies. Like when CID office was bombed last week in Karachi, some news channels started to tell each and everything about that building and exposing things like what were the measures taken while construction of this building and how many cameras were there in that building, as if a person who plans his today with reference to the future plans would not figure out whenever a new building would be constructed, what new measures could they take to reduce the security lapse, if any.

The reason of differentiating between both lines were to show how careless we've been, we break the traffic signals, we steal electricity, we spend hours and hours on mobile subscription night packages, we always give preference to our incentives compared to the country's. Shame upon us and I am not saying politicians or media as both of these things hail from us. Whatever we as a nation possess, is reflected from them. We curse the politicians or the media for their mishaps, and I must admit they've done not a blunder but a series of blunders and still more to come, till we don't change ourselves such humiliation would go on and on. Have we as a nation done 10 20 percent of what our ancestors did for this homeland? We take and give bribes and try to be quiet on injustice going on around us, so its better to be waiting for more curses from Allah the almighty. I also gone through some of the bigger Pakistani blogs than mine, where they were literally cursing the Pakistan ideology, and even our electronic media who brags about Aman ki Asha, when the standard of relation between both the countries are not on the equality basis. Adoption of a new culture is another thing, but in the past, we've read about Mukti Tehreek, in which people were forced to revert back to Hinduism and what I personally feel this is the advanced model of that stale ideology, Aman ki Asha with the expense of the religion on the basis of which partition of South Asia took place, has been put into danger and here we're beating the drums of Aman ki Asha, and that too blindly and without any logic.
