Repolling in Karachi

Today when I am writing this thing, polling at famous NA250 for 43 polling station has just completed and according to which PTI is at the lead and the aggregate of which is going to be merged with remaining   Polling Stations in this constituency,

Though I had been discussing that with my university friends that they should conduct votes on instalment basis, following are my justifications for it;

1. Security can be maintained uniformly,

2. Media can give equal attention to a particular regions, 

3. Less Thappas since because of effective security plans, it won't be easy to conduct such activities,

4. Easy to maintain a transparency in all these activities,

5. When we posses VeriSys mechanism, than why not conducting e-ballot? Those who can have an internet facility, can conduct voting from home while only having to fill secret questions which are encoded into their NADRA database, therefore there is going to be less chaos at polling station, and rigging can easily be caught in return, therefore it'll reduce thappa culture brought to us by all-famous NAMALOOM AFRAAD.
