Don't wanna say more about the corruption of our beloved politicians but here's another prove how they're doing their politics.

It must be noted that half of the sugar mills in the country are in the possession of these feudal lords, and so controlling of sugar prices are obviously in their own hands but they're not taking an initiative

Paying price of being a National project

It has been a time since Kalabagh Dam has been a controversial issue in the history of Pakistan, but the reality is that Kalabagh Dam upon completion is necessary for a prosperous Pakistan, but about time since 1985, dirty political game on this dam is being played on and on, making it Kalabagh Damn, instead of Dam.

Even according to the Indus Water Treaty between Pakistan and India, the project of Kalabagh Dam was to be started in 1980s and Diamir Bhasha Dam (citation required) was to be completed not later than 1990s, if both of these projects were completed on time, so it were beneficial in todays time when we're facing a debacle in power sources shortage. The feasibility report on Kalabagh Dam was completed years ago and till today, approximate 4 Billion Rupees expense have been recorded, but irony of fate, the politicians we've got have been responsible for creating problems for the country instead of creating new resources to capitalize on.

In current scenario, there's no electricity nor water nor anything in bread and butter for the common people. Good governance has been a sick old man's pathetic dream. The say they're the elected government but there's nothing of that sort when on ground. Every political party and elected government is instead of giving importance to the national interest, have been busy with their own personal agendas etc, resulting in increase in suicides, the poor getting poorer and the rich getting richer, but these people don't care about it. When schools are treated as Marriage Bureaus, Marriage Halls, Cattle Farms so what you suppose from them?

WHAT THE OPPOSITION KALABAGH DAM LITERALLY THINKING?

KP Province thinks that the construction of KB Dam would endanger Nowshehra city, but in return the experts reduced the height of the dam from 925 feet to 912 feet, on the contrary, former care-taker Chief Minister of KP province, and former Chairman WAPDA Engineer Shams-ul-Mulk as majority of times gave lectures on the utilization of this project, and technically speaking the view points of Mr. Shams-ul-Mulk has weight as he hails from the KP province.

On the other hand, the feudals in the province of Sindh fear that the construction of this project will reduce their share of water and in result the required amount of sea water won't reach to the Arabian sea and it will affect the areas of Badin and Thatta in Sindh. The reality is that It'll affect those feudals who're responsible for land snatching and are able to use Indus River without any fear, now they starting to fear that having KB dam will deprive them of that water.

On the other hand, if we put National Interest into consideration, so we'll see that the main problem the nation is facing is that of power outage, specially since from 2007, industries have shifted themselves from Pakistan thanks to limitation in electricity and resulting in unemployment.

Till the time I am writing this, currently there is shortage in storing of water, due to which our agriculture sector is also affected. It must be noted that Quaid-e-Azam on the refer of Mianwali Hydal Project(which later transformed into KB Dam), approved this project.

It must be noted, how pathetic minds we've that such a project has been put into dust just to have our dirty and pathetic politics to have some weight with them.

I don't know how these pathetic politicians get the vote of common people in Pakistan...

It has been 45 minutes since I returned home, and traffic was no doubt on the lower side and all markets were closed but the way our media has been responsible for creating hoax and panic among the commons is pathetic. Although they brag of keeping people well informed, I must admit that but they also responsible for ILL-INFORMING aswell.

Situation at those mentioned areas are under trouble, but the later city is fine, offices were open, people were buying Halwa Poori's and other snacks near my office, I'm sorry to say our media don't portray this aspect of Karachi people instead they show the intensified version of Karachi as the whole city. Is this the way a country's news channel do their jobs? I give example of CNN, they show all is good in the US although those who live there tell us how much the situation intense there, but on the media they're winning the war, because they're more nationalist than us, they give preference to national interest. Unlike on our side of the media where they try to create panic and hoax among the commons so that they can sell their news and news paper, so how can they say they're serving the nation, is this the way media works, or media is the job of responsible people who work with responsibility, because a journalist represents a country as well and so the pride of the country ALSO depends upon them, because these are the person who interact internationally and people believe them blindly.

Operation amid curfew decided for Karachi KARACHI: Sindh Home Department decided to launch a search operation amidst curfew in various Karachi areas adversely affected by the target killings, Geo News reported Wednesday.

Home secretary Arif Ahmed Khan presided over a meeting in this regard. The meeting decided to undertake search operation in various badly affected areas after clamping curfew in the areas.

However, the sources said the Pak Army is not being sought to take responsibilities for the purpose.

Meantime, the sources said, the decision is not final, as Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza is not in the city.

The sources said the curfew may span a few hours.

The meeting was told that at least 105 people were arrested until October 16 along with 60 arms. And they are being interrogated.

Just see how they're portraying the situation in Karachi although I myself returned home from my office without any hurdle, must say there are some tensioned areas in the city but to portray that to whole of the city is something one must control.

Speaking of one... Our media men + our politicians both playing their dirty games, here Karachi has been under the mess of target killings, I don't wanna open the 1992 dark chapter of Karachi when there was a operation sorta thing in Karachi and many of the people were literally assaulted, and that was the regime when the same government which is in power right now, and so when we compare that time with this so they've been busy plotting this dirty mess and so we as the common people of Karachi are crushing in between the war between the two parties. Can't they think of goods for the city, when they make any decision regarding upgrade of the city, people themselves will attract towards them, but doing dirty things like corruption and lie to their voters and still they get their votes from them, that too without any accountability, we should ask them if we give vote to them, than what they'd be doing? But we don't have the courage because morally we're cowards, and everyone likes to crush cowards...
